Postpartum Care Packages
Consistent, ongoing care can make a profound difference to a mother’s postpartum experience. Rather than a one-off visit, these care packages are designed to offer continuity, trust, and support over time.
The series of visits allows us to get to know each other, which means I can better understand what feels most nourishing for you — physically, emotionally, spiritually and practically.
Each package includes:
3-hour in-home postpartum visits (3, 6, or 9 visits depending on the package you choose)
One 2-hour prenatal visit for personalised postpartum planning
A nourishing meal and snack at each postpartum visit from The Broth Bar & Larder, Goodfarm Shop, or Made for Mothers
A monthly check-in call from the time you book
Free access to my monthly Mothers’ Circles
Postpartum care packages begin at $1,000.

Six postpartum visits to your home, offering steady support through the early weeks of postpartum as you rest, recover, and begin to regain your vitality.

How I care for you
My intention is to offer postpartum care that is attentive, responsive, and deeply personalised. I like to come prepared, but will always be guided by what you need most on the day.
I want our time together to be both supportive and enjoyable, space where you feel at ease, safe and cared for.
When I arrive, we begin in a relaxed way, just like you would with a friend. I’ll sit with you and listen to how you’re feeling and what’s been happening since our last visit. I’ll pour you a warm drink, set the energy of the space with a candle or uplifting essential oils, and invite a moment of grounding. This might be a brief meditation, a breath together, or drawing a card - whatever feels right on the day.
From this place of calm, we unwrap how your week has been and shape our time together in a way that feels best for you, whether that means rest, conversation, practical support, or something in between.

What we might do during a visit
Every visit looks a little different, but support may include:
Cooking extra food, share recipes and/or discuss postpartum nutrient requirements.
Caring for your baby while you take a shower or have a rest.
Pranayama breathwork or gentle yoga to calm the nervous system.
Womb healing or drum journey.
Birth Debriefing.
Feeding (breast/bottle/formula) support.
Navigating family dynamics and visiting hours.
Foot soak and rub.
Providing evidence-based research and resources.
Guidance on normal newborn behaviour, sleep, and settling.
Small powerful rituals with tea, flowers and candles.
Help build your villiage and connect to community.

From India, China and Korea, to Latin America, Nigeria, Japan and First Nation Australia, many traditional cultures honour a protected window of postpartum care, often spanning three to six weeks, centred on rest, warmth, nourishment and support for the mother.
Next Steps
There’s no perfect way to do postpartum. Each family and each birth is different, and our work together adapts to what you need as things unfold. What matters most is that you don’t try to do it alone. Even the most straightforward birth requires time, rest, and support as your body and nervous system recover.
I encourage you to explore different support options and to choose what feels most aligned for you. If you’re unsure which package is the right fit, we can talk it through together. Once a package is booked, additional visits or hours can always be added if you find you’d like more support.
Ideally, postpartum care is booked during pregnancy so we have time for your two-hour postpartum planning session and a few monthly check-in calls to begin getting to know each other.
If you’re curious about postpartum care, or would like to explore whether we’re a good fit, I’d love to connect. Email me at hats@pinkflamingopostpartum.com, message me on 0422 983 582 or book a discovery call below.
