Pregnancy Mentoring Sessions
Pregnancy, especially your first, can bring excitement alongside uncertainty, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. This one-on-one pregnancy mentoring session is designed to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel supported, informed, and reassured as you navigate this major life transition. Sessions are available in person or online.
This offering is particularly suited to mums who may be feeling anxious, unsure of their options, or in need of extra emotional support. Together, we can gently unpack your concerns, debrief medical appointments, and explore maternity care pathways that feel aligned for you. We can also discuss birth preparation resources, nutrition support during pregnancy, and I can connect you with a trusted network of complementary health practitioners specialising in pre- and post-natal care.
This session is a space for you to be heard: to ask questions, express fears, and feel supported as you move through pregnancy with greater confidence and clarity.
Cost: $150 (90 minutes) online or in-person
“100 percent recommend Hats. She knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable and makes it easy to share and be vulnerable at this special time. After our sessions I felt so much more confident and informed. She is never judgmental and respects your choices. She truly cares and is extremely kind.”

Each session is 90 minutes and shaped around what you need in that moment, whether that's working through fears about birth, making sense of conflicting advice, or simply having space to process how you're feeling. I also provide resources on pregnancy-safe movement and ways to optimise your nutrition and wellbeing, and we can talk through birth education topics like pain management tools and how to create a birthing environment that feels calm and safe. There's no set list of things we cover. It's like an in-depth conversation with a caring, knowledgeable friend.

Some people come for one session to work through a specific worry. Others start with one and find the support so helpful that they book monthly right through pregnancy. There's no minimum, and you can book as few or as many as feels right.
-
No. Antenatal classes teach you what to expect during the birth. Mentoring is about you, your body, your fears, your history, and how you want to move through this pregnancy and birth. As with all my work, we acknowledge and care for the emotional and spiritual self too. All parts of you are undergoing a radical transformation akin to adolescence from the moment you conceive.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes, if you'd like them there. Some sessions are just for you, others include a partner. Let me know when you book.
-
Yes, that's fine as well. Sometimes there's not much time in medical appointments for emotional support, and you may not have someone you feel comfortable sharing your honest experience with. That's what I'm here for: to reassure, guide, and connect you to resources that empower you and make you feel less alone.
-
Yes, book a Connection Call first. It's a chance to see if we're a good fit before booking a full session.
“Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge, resources and reassurance. I’m already feeling much better about my journey to motherhood.”
