Pregnancy Mentoring Sessions

Hats and a Pink Flamingo Postpartum Care client sitting together at a white table during a pregnancy mentoring session, discussing pregnancy and birth preparation in a calm indoor setting with natural light and greenery outside the window.

Pregnancy, especially your first, can bring excitement alongside uncertainty, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. This one-on-one pregnancy mentoring session is designed to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel supported, informed, and reassured as you navigate this major life transition. Sessions are available in person or online.

This offering is particularly suited to mums who may be feeling anxious, unsure of their options, or in need of extra emotional support. Together, we can gently unpack your concerns, debrief medical appointments, and explore maternity care pathways that feel aligned for you. We can also discuss birth preparation resources, nutrition support during pregnancy, and I can connect you with a trusted network of complementary health practitioners specialising in pre- and post-natal care.

This session is a space for you to be heard: to ask questions, express fears, and feel supported as you move through pregnancy with greater confidence and clarity.

Cost: $150 (90 minutes) online or in-person

“100 percent recommend Hats. She knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable and makes it easy to share and be vulnerable at this special time. After our sessions I felt so much more confident and informed. She is never judgmental and respects your choices. She truly cares and is extremely kind.”
