Womb Healing
A womb healing is for the moments when you need to come back to yourself, process something big, acknowledge and move through pregnancy loss, or gain clarity and insight into your life.
The experience is like a giant hug for your body, mind and soul. We start by talking through what's happening for you and reflect on where you're holding it in your body. From there we do some breathwork and a yoga nidra to help you sink into a deeply relaxed state.
Hands-on touch is used intuitively to direct the energy flow around the body. This helps to ground, hold, reinforce and support you to feel safe to release stagnant energy, and open up space for what wants to come through.
Drums, sound bowls and percussion are woven through the session for their grounding vibrations and deeply soothing resonance.
The session is about creating the right environment for you to listen to any messages your body is sending you and to respond to what you need. Everything you need is already within you. I'll help create the right conditions for you to remember that.
Womb healings are available to anyone, not just new mothers, and can be booked as a standalone session.
Cost $150 (90 minutes)
Closing of the Bones
Closing of the Bones is a sacred postpartum ritual and a special type of womb healing, designed to energetically bring your body, mind and spirit back together after birth.
It honours the enormity of what your body has been through, and creates a held, ceremonial space to process, integrate and feel complete. Whether your birth was recent or years ago, this ritual can be profoundly healing.
We incorporate many elements from the womb healing as well as wrapping you up in a little cocoon of cosyness, like a swaddled baby, as you absorb the vibrations and healing goodness.
Cost $150 (90 minutes)
“Hats did a Closing of the Bones ceremony for me, and it was so beautiful. I was wanting to feel held and safe and nurtured, and Hats provided that and more. She thinks of all the lovely little details that leave you feeling seen and nourished.”
— Kat, first-time mother
